Pelagic Pursuits will have 3 boats to cater for all your Game & Sportsfishing requirements, "Bronco" is a 23' Fly Bridge Sportsfisher for the heavier game fish while "Colt" & "Filly" are purpose built longboats for casting poppers for Giant Trevally , jigging for Dog tooth Tuna, trolling for Spanish Mackerel , Dolphin Fish, Wahoo and bottom fishing Trout, and Red & Gold band Snapper off the reef.

The first of 3 trips will depart Australia on the morning of the 2nd July and sail from Lihir Island @ 20.00 hrs arriving back on Lihir on the 8th July in time to catch the flight for Sydney, Brisbane or Cairns via Port Moresby. The second trip departs Lihir Isle on the 9th @ 20.00 hrs and arrives back on the 15th July and departs again @ 20.00 hrs on the 16th for the final trip that will return to Lihir on the 22nd of July. There are flights leaving Sydney Brisbane & Cairns Saturday mornings that arrive in Port Moresby in time to make the connect ion through to Lihir that afternoon & return from Lihir on the same day to Cairns, Brisbane & Sydney.

The cost ex Sydney for 7 days & 6 nights 5 days fishing is $3,175.00 plus $251.00 taxes, and includes airport pick up & drop off within PNG, accommodation in air conditioned shared cabins, all meals on board - prepared by our professional chef from the finest of foods including Vanuatu Beef - all non-alcoholic refreshments, laundry & fishing boats with guides.
